As many of you around the world will be aware Tuesday was the last day before lent, Mardi Gras or Shrove Tuesday or as we like to term it pancake day. It was also the day poor Lexi was released from the hospital after her nasty spill on Valentines day, and what a home coming she had, with house mates Simmone and Becka trying to cook pancakes it looked more like a war zone.
